To use our services, you must register an account using your Instagram credentials. You are responsible for the security of your account and ensuring that the details provided are accurate.

By connecting your Instagram account, you grant InMagic.ai access to view and analyze the captions of your Instagram posts. We prioritize your privacy and will not share, sell, or disclose your personal data without your consent, unless required by law.

We use the data from your Instagram captions solely for generating lists and bios as described above. We don't store your captions or any personal data beyond what's necessary to provide our service.

While we strive for accuracy in our AI analysis, the results are based on algorithms and may not always be 100% accurate or reflective of your skills or potential. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on our analysis.

This encompasses, but is not limited to: (a) legal and accounting fees incurred from your usage of the Service; (b) any violation of these Terms on your part; (c) any content you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Service; and (d) any activity associated with your account. This holds true for any negligent or illegal behavior by you, or any individual or entity accessing the Service through your account, whether such access is gained through fraudulent or illegal channels.
